Rent Payments
WPM will collect and deposit monthly rent payments from the tenants of your property. Our modern payment platform will directly deposit your rent proceeds into your account along with a sophisticated and easy to read owner statement.
Marketing & Advertisement
One of our primary functions is to attract and retain quality tenants for you. This involves precise marketing of available units, conducting a thorough tenant screening processes to ensure the compatibility of tenants with the complex’s environment, and managing ironclad lease agreements and renewals.
Tenant Screenings
We pride ourselves on screening and vetting an ideal tenant for your property. This includes a full background, criminal record, and credit check on all prospective tenants.
Tenant Management

WPM is relentless in keeping your home, inside and out, in great condition. From tenant move in and move outs, work orders and even middle of the night emergency, we have your property covered. We do full documented walk throughs of the property and manage any repair needed. We treat your properties as if they were our own.
Maintenance Requests
We handle and fulfill all tenant maintenance request and track the maintenance request until complete. Our maintenance coordinator is available 24/7 to jump on any property emergency that may arise.

WPM works closely with the best bonded and insured vendors in the treasure valley. We never mark up any work performed! Since we have been in the business for over 20 years, we pass on the discount directly to our owners. We believe in full transparency.
